ZebaSolar through its own initiatives, as well as through partnerships with some of India's leading business houses, has access to over 400MW in MoU's and Power Purchase Agreements already signed by various state governments in India, allowing for the setup and production of Solar Power and connection to the main grid of the country for off take. Using the Government newly released rates as well as mandate for 200 GW of power by 2030 to come from renewable sources, ZebaSolar believes it will become one of the leading producers of Solar Power in India in the next 7 years. With the new regulatory policy issued by the Government of India in order to encourage the production of Solar Power, ZebaSolar operates three divisions, Solar Power Generation Solar THIN FILM (a-Si and CIGS) Module Production, and Solar Energy Advisory Services. ZEBASOLAR in addition has attracted a powerful management team with a combined base of experience in of 300 years in the field of Solar thin film manufacturing, Solar PV and thin film based power plants, including some of the first and largest in the world til date. ZEBASOLAR’s management team have brought to the company an existing pipeline of over 100MW worth of projects in Europe and the United States, further strengthening its development of high margin and long term revenue based streams of income. Utilizing its base of assets in India as well as its lowest cost of production advantage in the manufacturing of thin film modules, ZEBASOLAR further plans to increase the number of captive plant projects it has under management in the US and Europe through an acquisition process as well as through internal development. |
