Global Voice serves its clients through its wholesale Voice Over Internet Protocol ("VOIP") and backbone divisions.
Global Voice allows carriers to combine the services to produce an end-to-end turn-key network for rapid deployment in their market.
Global Voice allows emerging carriers to outsource its billing, management as well as integration services, allowing them to enter their market with a full suite of services in a shorter timeframe with less cost.
Global Voice Telecom is one of the oldest VOIP carriers, it received an FCC license in 1998 in the USA, with and regional licenses as well in Portugal and Spain in 2002 to provide a full range of fixed and IP based telecom services.

Network Management

The Global Voice network is based out of 60 Hudson Street New York, with operations facilities and a 24/7 collocation center in Brooklyn NY. It is monitored and managed 24 hours per day, seven days per week by Global Voice’s Network Operations Center (NOC), a fully staffed operation responsible for the system-wide monitoring, surveillance, trouble isolation/resolution, re-routing and ongoing technical support of Global Voice’s Affiliates.

Network Protocols -SS7/C7

Global Voice can provide an SS7 or C7 solution at carrier switches almost anywhere in the world. SS7/C7 (Signaling System 7) is the international standard protocol used to improve call-flow management. Global Voice uses SS7/C7 technology to ensure that service quality meets or exceeds that of PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network).

H.323/SIP

Standard ITU-H.323 is a recommendation of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) that defines standards for multimedia communications over packet networks. Global Voice uses both ITU-H.323 and SIP throughout the Global Voice network to communicate with IP carriers worldwide.
